| | The Gallery Blickensdorff was founded in 1996 . "Processed" photography and the subtle transition of the object in-to the abstraction, much of which is exemplified in the work of established and young international artists, is a direction which the gallery followes.
The use of special forms of presentation, media and materials such as scanachrome and acrylic on P.V.C., Ilfojet printing on aluminiumfoil, and the ensuing reevaluation of painting and photographic techniques which combined with the artists search for contemporary means of expression, forms the basis of the gallerys program.
