This portfolio contains photographs by Jim Bengston, Derek Bennett, Bernard Descamps, Joan Foncuberta, Paul den Hollander, Pierre Houcmant, Arno Jansen, Andreas Müller-Pohle, Rafael Navarro and Roger Vulliez. It is the first European auteur portfolio, today an important document from the early years of the renaissance of artistic photography. The portfolio was edited and is introduced by an essay by Jean-Claude Lemagny, the longtime legendary curator of photography at the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. The portfolio is in the collections of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Center for Creative Photography, Tucson/Arizona, and the Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris, among others. – In very good to excellent condition.
