This and the following work are part of the Bechers' series they took in Holland depicting lime kilns. From the start they had imagined their work to include industrial structures in other countries aside from Germany, making it a truly encompassing project. – Some surface bumps due to glue from mounting, especially in lower area, small scratch in lower mid portion, a few surface scratches in upper sky area, otherwise a fine tonal print in near excellent condition.
